AdventHealth Kansas City, a leading faith based not for profit health system, is searching for experienced Radiation Oncology Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide care at our hospitals in the Kansas City Metro.
About our Employed Radiation Oncology group:
- Join an employed oncology team currently consisting of one Radiation Oncologist, with plans to add an additional Radiation Oncologist.
- Collaborate closely with our Gynecologic Oncology, Neuro-Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Medical Oncology teams.
- Practice location: AdventHealth Shawnee Mission
- EMR: Aria
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Minimal call requirements with occasional inpatient rounding
- Opportunity to be part of a growing and highly collaborative cancer program

Qualifications
Required:
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Kansas APRN/NP license (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred:
- Experience in Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, or a related oncology specialty
- Strong communication and collaborative care skills
- Passion for patient-centered cancer care

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, located in Merriam, Kansas, is a 504-bed acute care hospital serving the Kansas City metro area, particularly Johnson County.
